Order Processing and Shipping
We've worked to create a fast, efficient and fair system for order processing and shipping. We know you want your order quickly, at the lowest possible cost.
When you choose your shipping method during checkout, we'll estimate the delivery date for you. We base the date range we give you on the estimated processing time (we call it the "Availability" time on the product page) and the shipping method you choose.
Changes to Checkout Shipping Rates
The shipping rates our cart system generate are estimates, and may not always be accurate, especially when dealing with oversized items. We reserve the right to review all shipping charges prior to shipping any online order. If higher adjusted shipping fees are needed, we will contact you prior to completing your order to obtain your approval for the higher shipping rates.

Shipping of Products purchased on JunctionHobbiesandToys.com will be shipped in the 48 contiguous states only.
Orders placed on the Junction Hobbies and Toys online store require a minimum $9.95 purchase.
Allow up to 7 days for delivery.
JunctionHobbiesandToys.com does not ship to freight forwarders or PO Boxes. Orders placed to freight forwarders/PO boxes will be cancelled.
Some specialty items and heavy or oversized products are not eligible for the free shipping offer. On these items, a handling fee will be displayed in checkout.
For some orders a signature may be required upon delivery.
At Junction Hobbies and Toys, shipping and handling charges are based on the following:
The delivery option you choose
The weight, size and dimensions of your items
Where your package is being delivered
Junction Hobbies and Toys offers free shipping for orders over $79 after discounts, promotions or coupons are applied. Some specialty items and oversized items, such as train tables, will incur a handling charge. Items subject to this charge will be identified as such under the item description.
Junction Hobbies and Toys offers in-store pickup for items purchased on our website. Customers should select the “in-store pickup” option during the checkout process. Items that are marked for in-store pickup will be pulled off the shelf by an associate and stored in the back, with a sticker indicating the purchaser name and date of payment. Upon pickup, customers should present their receipt and a valid form of ID to an associate in the Junction Hobbies and Toys store. After 15 days, Junction Hobbies and Toys will return the item to available inventory. Exceptions will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
Pickup is available during normal operating hours, Monday-Saturday 10am-6pm and Sundays 12pm-6pm. Junction Hobbies and Toys will be closed on Wednesdays in January. Please call for holiday hours.
